Grandma Lorenz

The lady in this pic with the dark hair is my Grandma Lorenz. She lived with us for a couple years while dealing with cancer. I spent lots of time with her- she used to make all sorts of crafts and I loved learning from her. She taught me to embroider, blow out and make pastel Easter eggs for decorations, make Christmas ornaments out of styrofoam balls, and much more. Her love of making beautiful things inspired me to do the same as I grew up and had a home of my own. Oh yeah, and she loved her beer! Good German stock..
