Breaking a Leg

Well, OK, I didn't physically break my sister's leg, but I did cause it to happen. I had one of those pink, white and silver Schwinn girl's bikes with a rack over the back fender to carry stuff. Mia was only three, so she was pretty light. I made the bad decision to have her sit on the back rack so I could take her to our school playground, which was about 10 blocks from our house. The rest of the story is in my book- My Brother Sam, which will be available soon.

Here is a pic of my pink Schwinn bike, when I first got it for Christmas. Also in this picture is Andy with a gun, Tim with a car, Mia with a dolly set, and Brian just looking cool. Sam had just been born, but he wasn't in this picture.
